¡He estado ahí! Me sentí aprisionada en mis pensamientos sobre todo el daño que los alimentos nos están haciendo hoy en día por todos los procesos por los que pasan. Estaba frustrado, solo podía pensar en los efectos negativos de la comida en mi cuerpo, en por qué no debería comer algo, en toda la comida a la que estaba renunciando y llegué al punto en que dejé y dejé de comer sano, se sentía como una privación en lugar de algo que sentiría alegría y realización haciendo.
Pero ese sentimiento se acabó, había encontrado el equilibrio perfecto entre la comida y yo y estoy compartiendo todas mis estrategias contigo. Estoy tan feliz de haber encontrado esto en mi vida que creo seriamente que tú también lo necesitas, esto es lo que yo llamo "Alimentación consciente" es un cambio de vida y créeme, te sentirás como una mujer nueva después de implementar la alimentación consciente en tu vida.

Para ser honesto, encontré Mindful Eating por accidente, estaba en busca de algo más, para arreglar mi situación financiera y tratando de obtener libertad financiera, pero este camino no solo me hizo responder mis preguntas sobre mi situación financiera, sino que también respondió. mis preguntas emocionales y de salud que tenía antes.
Después de que comencé a practicar la alimentación consciente, gané tanta confianza que si me dijeras que iba a ser la mujer más segura de mi vida, me reiría. Estaba feliz conmigo mismo y con las elecciones que estaba haciendo porque ya no se sentían como una carga, no me estaba privando de las cosas que amaba, simplemente amaba mi cuerpo y la grandeza que la comida le estaba haciendo.
Mindful Eating se creó como resultado de mi intento de encontrar el lugar perfecto donde puedo obtener todo lo que necesitaba para vivir una vida consciente, saludable y feliz en UN solo lugar a un precio asequible. Sabía que si estaba teniendo esta lucha, había muchas otras mujeres que estaban en la misma situación, así que decidí crear "Alimentación consciente".

But if you are looking for community plus access to all the workout programs then the wellness elixir is the one for you. That tier provides access to the vault and a new program that includes a workout plan, a recipe bundle and a wellness challenge. This tier will give you access to the Sunday Hangout call. If you are like me and love to nourish yourself with mindful, and helpful content to learn more about living mindfully and healthy then the cosmic experience gives you access to videos that are not just exclusive from us but videos from YouTube that our founder recommends you to watch to inspire and level up your health and wellness, plus access to two extra coaching call every week (Wednesday and Friday).

What exactly are the coaching calls about?Sundays Our Sunday hangout is a call where we do a quick meditation together, read the energy of the week, reflect on the week, and set our intentions for the week to come. Wednesdays The 1st & 3rd Wednesdays are for goal setting and checking up with them. The 2nd & 4th are our book club meetings. Fridays I dive in into a specific topic to help you create a healthy relationship with mind, body & food.
